MAGIC OF LIGHTS® ILLUMINATES FANSHAWE CONSERVATION AREA THIS HOLIDAY SEASON!

LONDON, ON. (October 15, 2024) –This holiday season will be even brighter, merrier and more colourful as Magic of Lights transforms the Fanshawe Conservation Area, for the first time ever, into a vibrant drive-through holiday-themed light display. The festive event kicks off Friday, November 22 and runs through Saturday, January 4.

 

Produced in partnership by local event organizer, Woodlo Productions Inc, and Family Entertainment Holdings, LLC, Auburn Developments Magic of Lights powered by Liuna Local 1059 will present the 4th annual event at the Fanshawe Conservation Area, featuring dozens of light displays, festive favourites, and digital animations, all constructed with millions of individual LED lights to create a memorable holiday experience for the whole family.

Auburn Developments Magic of Lights powered by Liuna Local 1059, is our area’s biggest and brightest celebration of the season. We are so excited to bring the event into the City of London this year! Our new location at Fanshawe Conservation Area is beautiful, bigger, so convenient for locals and very easily accessible for visitors from all directions. From the comfort of their own vehicle guests will be amazed and delighted by the new Maple Leaf Tunnel and Ornament Alley, as well as fan favourites such as the Enchanting Tunnel of Lights and Prehistoric Christmas. Auburn Developments Magic of Lights powered by Liuna Local 1059 is a nostalgic and festive event everyone will enjoy.

 

QUICK FACTS – MAGIC OF LIGHTS 

  • 2+ million lights per Magic of Lights event
  • Each Magic of Lights show uses about 16 kilometres of steel to build the displays and 16 kilometres of LED lighting installed inside the displays.
  • 3,750 staff hours to set up each Magic of Lights event
  • There are 10 different colors of LED bulbs used in the show.
  • Scenes are as high as 32 ft. tall and as long as several hundred feet.
  • There are 18 of Magic of Lights shows across North America
  • Since inception 3 years ago, Magic of Lights London has donated $42,000 to local charities

Auburn Developments MAGIC OF LIGHTS powered by Liuna Local 1059 is open nightly, Nov 22-Jan 4, from 5:30pm-9:30pm. Guests can purchase a Weekday ticket (valid Mon-Thurs), or an Any Day ticket (valid any day of the week). One carload, one price. Limos and buses are also welcome. Tickets will be available at the gate, if nightly vehicle limits permit.
