WHEN IS MAGIC OF LIGHTS OPEN?
Times and dates vary by venue location, the Edmonton location will be open Sunday-Thursday 5pm-9pm, * Friday & Saturday 5pm-10pm*. Season opens November 23, 2023, through to January 6, 2024 at the Edmonton location. This includes holidays!
DO I HAVE TO USE MY VEHICLE PASS ON A SPECIFIC DAY?
No, you can redeem your vehicle Flex pass most days* throughout the Canadian Tire Magic of Lights season (unless you purchased a special event or promotion ticket, then it may be redeemable on the stated date). *Some restrictions may apply; please visit Venue specific website for further date restriction information*
WHAT IS A FLEX PASS?
One carload, one price, “flexible” day admission. WHAT IS A DASH PASS?
Just like the Flex Pass- Only Quicker! Bypass the traffic with a Dash Pass! For only a few dollars more per vehicle pass you can skip the line and enter the special Dash Pass lane. This special pass is available for all vehicle types with “flexible” day admission. Please visit our Ticket Purchase Page for details and to purchase your Dash Pass. A Dash Pass is an upgraded Vehicle Pass +$20 in addition to the standard FLEX Pass admission. WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
All sales are final and promotions and discounts cannot be added retroactively. Flex Pass Tickets are valid most days* during the open season (* Some restrictions may apply). If the venue permanently closes for the season due to unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather unused advanced purchased vehicle passes will be offered a full credit and/or refund discretion of the venue management.
WHAT IS THE WEATHER POLICY?
Weather Conditions to be monitored for the area of the Edmonton International Airport (EIA) taken into consideration at 3pm daily as per ENVIROMENT CANADA CAR, LIMO, BUS: For the Safety of our Staff, Guests, and Crew, the Magic of Lights holiday light display will be cancelled for Car, Limo, and Bus vehicle Guests when the temperature dips below minus 30 degrees Celsius or in the event of an **extreme** Environment Canada Winter Weather Alert (See Criteria Below). Cancellations Policy will ONLY be in effect for the specific date/single day of temperature drop or when Environment Canada Weather Warnings are in effect. There are no cash refunds- Standard Vehicle (Car, Limo, Bus) and Dash Pass Vehicle Passes may be redeemed on any single day throughout the entire length of the Canadian Tire Magic of Lights event (November 23rd, 2023 - January 6th, 2024) For more information, take a look at our weather policy: https://www.radraceway.com/weather-policy/
